After a one-time setup with your API key and location, employees sign in with their existing 4-digit PIN and can get to work without opening the full POS workflow. It is built for quick daily use on a shared station, front counter, back office device, dedicated tablet or employee's own phone.
With Time Clock, employees can:
- verify the server connection and select a location
- sign in securely with their employee PIN
- clock in and clock out
- choose a pay category when the location requires it
- enter cash tips during clock-out when tip tracking is enabled
- view their own recent time sheets
- see summaries for Today, 7 Days, and 30 Days
- refresh the dashboard to pull the latest shift information
Time Clock stores setup data locally for faster startup, but employee sessions are not kept after restart. When the app is reopened, it returns to the PIN screen for the next sign-in.
This app is intended for POS locations and requires a valid API key and server access.
