If experiencing error with app launching as some people have been with android go into phone settings for app and clear storage and cache. Mine stopped working and reinstall didn't help; clearing data was the key. City of Tempe 311 line instructed me how to do this. Worked!

I use to use this app a lot. Now it no longer works, I get an error when I launch it. I Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Please resolve or provide a working app. Thank you in advance.
