If experiencing error with app launching as some people have been with android go into phone settings for app and clear storage and cache. Mine stopped working and reinstall didn't help; clearing data was the key. City of Tempe 311 line instructed me how to do this. Worked!

I use to use this app a lot. Now it no longer works, I get an error when I launch it. I Uninstalled and reinstalled, same issue. Please resolve or provide a working app. Thank you in advance.

The search function in the app is completely useless. Filters don't work. Also submissions disappear without showing as Open or Closed and responses can't be found.
