About this app

Through Allianz’ım mobile application, you can view your policies and contracts; and easily track your claims, health expenses, savings, and funds.

You can find the nearest contracted service providers and institutions, and monitor your current and past healthcare expenses as well as your remaining coverage limits. Moreover, if you receive treatment at non-contracted institutions, you can easily submit your reimbursement request by uploading your invoices and documents via the Allianz’ım.

Additionally, you can view the total amount of your savings with a single tap and quickly perform any transactions related to your funds directly from the app.

You can voluntarily connect Health Connect to sync your wellness data—including steps, heart rate, sleep, and oxygen levels. This data is used solely to track your healthy lifestyle progress and provide personalized wellness recommendations through Dr. Allianz. The data transmitted via Health Connect and Health Profile shall be processed solely for the purpose of enabling the user to track their healthy living progress and to benefit from personalized healthy living recommendations under the Dr. Allianz program. Such data shall not be utilized for insurance risk assessment, coverage determination, premium calculation, claims evaluation, or marketing purposes.

Also, through our proactive early warning infrastructure, you may receive notifications, subject to technical availability and your notification settings, about approaching extreme weather conditions (hail, severe storms, snow, wind, and excessive rainfall etc.) in the province and district associated with your policy.

Allianz’ım is a digital service channel for customers of Allianz Sigorta A.Ş., Allianz Hayat ve Emeklilik A.Ş. and Allianz Yaşam ve Emeklilik A.Ş. in Türkiye. The app enables eligible users to access and manage their existing Allianz Turkey policies, claims, policy services, savings and fund information, subject to applicable contractual coverage and identity verification requirements.

Access to certain features is available only to users with an existing contractual or customer relationship with the relevant Allianz Turkey entity and subject to the applicable authentication requirements.

The app is not marketed as a standalone insurance, pension, health or financial product to persons in the European Union.

i can not login, why don't you test the app before the relase it? a problem in every version, you are really very attentive.

Throws an error claiming there is an update an the app won't run after april 12 but there is no update on the play store!

Unable to even generate a pass number for first registration. Very poor.
