This is one of the worst apps and products I’ve ever used. To access the main service, you're forced to install a separate app, register on that first, and then call the service center—only to be told it's not their responsibility. In contrast, other banks offer smooth and user-friendly products with straightforward processes. There’s no reason to waste time and money on this microfinance product."

It's hard to use and waste lots of time. No biometrics verification. Every time a user has to put a user id and password. Extremely complicated process of registering on the app. A user is forced to register on Upaisa account for no reason to get access to the accounts on the mobile app. Overall, I am not satisfied with the app experience. Needs lot of improvement.

U Bank's service is a complete failure. Since opening my account, I've faced endless errors, including an inability to transfer money—a basic banking function. Despite over 10 complaints and repeated promises of "resolution in 24 hours," nothing has been fixed for a week. The customer service is useless and the system is broken. Avoid this bank.
