This is one of the worst apps and products I’ve ever used. To access the main service, you're forced to install a separate app, register on that first, and then call the service center—only to be told it's not their responsibility. In contrast, other banks offer smooth and user-friendly products with straightforward processes. There’s no reason to waste time and money on this microfinance product."

It's hard to use and waste lots of time. No biometrics verification. Every time a user has to put a user id and password. Extremely complicated process of registering on the app. A user is forced to register on Upaisa account for no reason to get access to the accounts on the mobile app. Overall, I am not satisfied with the app experience. Needs lot of improvement.

One of the worst bank to have your account in. For 3 weeks they couldnt solve my sign-up issue. Every time they issue a new ticket, next day i recieve msg that my issue has been resolved but in reality, its not. Their IT team does not know the basics of digital banking. It seems Ufone was in so much hurry to open a bank. I contacted them throught helpline and email.
