one of the worst apps ever used. none stop log in loop, or can't even get to the log in screen none stop crashing the website isnt much better fix your products.

Overall this is a really good app. However, the biometric feature is too fickle ( sometimes it works, other times it doesn't). Please fix this. Biometric features on most apps work fine - it should work on this app as well. Update: as of 11/7/24, the biometric feature still doesn't work. This feature works fine on other apps but not this one, but so it's not on my end. Please fix this. Thanks Update: I contacted the app developer and sent them a screenshot of the issue.

endless log in loop when using biometrics - just sends back to initial login page every time I submit. page to manually log in just never loads. deleted the app and used the website instead.
