Had been working fine until recently. Last few months I have selected to include a sharps container from the drop-down menu. Eventually called customer service and it shows up, but with a quantity of 0 (from a yes/no menu selected to yes). Since last update, app just crashes after trying to log in even after uninstalling and reinstalling.

Has not worked since the April 4, 2025 update. Just crashes. Prior to that it did not add a sharps container to any order since December. I've called Accredo to report the bug with the sharps container, and the crashes, but I might as well talk to a wall. Accredo reps claim to have ordered a sharps container, but none ever arrive.

This rating reflects my frustration with the app, not the pharmacy team; they have all been very kind and helpful, and I haven't missed a dose of my RX because their shipping is very fast. When I can actually log into the app, ordering my medication is easy, but therein lies the problem - I often can't actually log in. After completing two-step verification, some system error occurs and I have to call to order or pay my copay. The automated system gets there eventually, but it's frustrating.
