Ratings and reviews

I rated lower due to the recent changes in not rewarding points for health articles. It already took a long time to get to be able to cash out (like once a year), but now that you can't earn points from the articles it's going to take even longer. Now I don't really feel too incentivized to even read them. Also, just learned that the app now charges $1 if you cash out to your bank account. So 1,000 points worth basically... which took forever to earn in the first place. Super disappointing.

edit: moving down to one star because customer service has not responded to me in 3 weeks. ..... was working great and collecting all my data until the beginning of August and now it's only collecting step data, no sleep or water intake from Samsung health. I contacted support 2 weeks ago and there's been no improvement, just "we're working on it". they've told me nothing on what they are doing to fix it.

I'm not sure what happened but Evidation started off great. They helped me connect my EHR w/o any trouble. But when the 7,000 pts didn’t show up, everything changed. I’ve been reaching out since July 20, and all I get is the same generic response asking for screenshots of the issue I’ve already sent and described multiple times. After that, nothing. No follow‑up, no resolution, no real support. If you're thinking about using the app, just be aware of how they handle problems once they happen.
