I have to use this before but not very sucessful. This time around I am doing fantastic. a few recommendations for future up grades. it would be good if I could see the total distance ran/walk for each of the different cycles eg walk 5 mins= distance, run 5 minutes= distance etc all the way throuht the workout. Also i would like to customise a "free run" where I could choose the time for walk and run intervals as I am running more than the 3 days each week, and feel like I need to change it a little bit to fit my fitness levels during the week.
Hi I love the app and use it whenever work forces a gap in my routine. One thing I think your app would benefit from is a progress marker that lets you know where you are in the days program. If you need an example the nhs free couch to 5k has one and its really useful for staying motivated. It helps keep you jogging however slow and stops you walking and feeling like its to much. I have M.E so every step hurts some days and every bit of motivation helps. Thanks
Great app. The only problem im experiencing is that if you hit the back button in error it resets the last place you were runmimg to the begimmimg of that section. Not a big deal until you are in week six and on a 22 minute run. They shpuld have some type of memory built in to regain your spot during a workout. If there is a way, please let me know. Thank you.
Great simple coaching app. I wish it had a pace coach as well as just "run now, walk now". The high wnd coach apps are so user unfriendly. This is set and head out the door and not spend your entire run time with annoying/frustrating/userunfriendly gadgets and apps. Just strap on your shoes and go.
I bought this app (for the integrated music feature. There is a free version as well) when I quit smoking cigarettes a few years ago. Went from barely being able to jog 30 seconds to running full pace 30 minutes in about 6 or 7 weeks. From there I was able to get to running 5-8 miles a day. I highly recommend it. Even if you are out of shape the increase is gradual enough that I often found myself skipping days in the later weeks so I could run more.
I love this app but it seems to glitch when I open spotify through it. The volume goes all the way up and down spontaneously. It's really annoying. Otherwise would be a 5 star app.
We made some updates behind the scenes to keep the app running better than ever!
Workout 3 times a week, for 9 weeks, and you’ll be 10K-ready and it is now FREE!
