Feeling the challenge, seeing the growth Never was a runner. Many years of sedentary office lifestyle. Just completed Couch 2 5k last week. Did a 6km mud run on the weekend. Started 5 2 10k this week. Already impressed at how the game is upped from the 5k and how much more I am already pushing myself, but in a manageable way. Great app.

Overall not bad I feel like there needs to be more time notices and voice coaching. I get bored easily when I run and knowing the time I've spent and how long is left helps me to keep going. Every 3 to 5 minutes would be good.
My only complaint is that this app doesn't give a breakdown of pace/time by mile. Otherwise, great training tool.
