I love these apps!! I have completed the C25K app twice & this one almost twice. They both have helped me run 3 separate 5k's in the past 3 months, & work towards my goal of running a 10k this Winter! Bring back Johnny Zombie for this app though. I miss him!!!
I am 3 weeks into the program and am really enjoying it. I appreciate the cues being short and sweet so that I can listen to running stories or podcasts with little interruption. One of my favorite features is that it factors in the time walking for warm up and cool down, separating the time spent walking from the time spent running, that way, you get a more accurate log of the actual run. Love it!
Soo frustrating. Trying to train for a race and 2 (of 3) trainings were not saved. The first one stopped tracking after the "timed" run, even though i kept running to finish a 5k. The 2nd one was completely erased because i did the run, and needed to finish during the "cool down" (to mow the lawn). I felt i had improved my pace today and was excited to see but what a let down.
I love this app! It lets me know when I need speed up and helps me keep a steady pace. The only thing I don't like is the GPS tracking. It messes up sometimes causing me to not know how far I've ran. If they fix that then I'll give 5 stars
This worked for me! I liked the tracking features. There were a couple of times when I lost signal or maybe accidentally exited the app when it didn't record my run. Facing outward in a leg pocket worked best.
I love the app and the training program but it can't keep accurate distance with GPS. Tried with both 5k and 10k. It highly underestimates distances, you can see on the map that it doesn't follow roads.
