App says I can use biometric sign in but, of course, it doesn't work. I still have to sign in every time. Nothing loads except my home page and the settings. App is useless. Notifications don't work. I've tried to change every setting on my phone but it doesn't even list as an app that can use notifications. Horrible update from Active Building.

Hated ActiveBuilding and still hate this new app. I can login via website, but logging into the app just gives me an error page. I sent an email to the address on the error page, and I got a response back that the email is not monitored. Update: Un-installed for two months and reinstalled and still the same error page. And, STILL no reply from emailing devs.

This APP is horrible. It doesn't allow you to pay rent in advance like other APPS. U have to wait until the amount due is posted on the APP which is near the 1st of the month. It also freezes a lot. It doesn't respond when you press certain menu categories. There's no one I would use this for my tenants if I were a multi unit property owner.
