Very disappointing experience with the porter service booked through this app at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport on 13 February. The service was pre-booked and confirmed, yet no porter arrived. My family had to manage the luggage themselves during departure, which caused unnecessary stress despite paying in advance to avoid exactly this situation. Even more concerning, the booking was later marked as “Completed” in the system although no service was provided.

Warning! Overcharged by ₹1,312 after OTP Be extremely careful! I booked a ticket where the final amount was shown as ₹23,577 while clicking pay button. However, after entering the OTP, the app actually debited ₹24,889 from my account—a blatant overcharge of ₹1,312 without consent. Only to reallize this after some time via my bank SMS. The "twist" is that the official Indigo tax invoice and their app both show the total fare as 23,577/-.

They force people to download this app to access the lounge even though its not mandatory. I clearly told the front desk that I dont want to download and they checked my card and said its eligible but I need to download the app. I said my online payments dont work and then magically the offline option with POS machine worked. Extremely unprofessional and I am sure she was working on orders of management to get more downloads on the app.
