I am writing this from Mumbai Terminal 1. I use diners black which works just fine in India and abroad. Today when I wanted to use the same card for lounge access, it showed declined every time (even for tap!!!) but voila once I installed this app it worked magically. Such push installations may help program managers (with X bps increase in installation!!) but doesn't help getting positive customer experience. Hope team would keep that in mind!

I had booked a hotel using this app at Vadodara but when I reached the hotel they refused to entertain stating that they did not receive any booking. I followed up with Adani one team and after trying a lot from their side they raised their hand stating they cannot find any hotel for me and I have to look after myself. This is also at 11 pm at night. so they are no different than any other service providers in this category. The bigger question is about their reliability and trust.

Very disappointing experience with the porter service booked through this app at Thiruvananthapuram International Airport on 13 February. The service was pre-booked and confirmed, yet no porter arrived. My family had to manage the luggage themselves during departure, which caused unnecessary stress despite paying in advance to avoid exactly this situation. Even more concerning, the booking was later marked as “Completed” in the system although no service was provided.
