If you are a new ADCB Mobile App user or if you are using the app on a new device, register with the following steps:

- Download and launch the ADCB Mobile App
- When prompted, enter your ADCB Credit Card/Debit Card Number and PIN; enter the activation key that is sent to your registered mobile number
- Alternatively, you can enter your ADCB Customer ID and activation key which you can obtain through our Personal Internet Banking or the 24/7 Contact Centre

If you are an existing user, you will be prompted to enter your existing ADCB Mobile App password for authentication and biometric re-enrollment (handset dependent).

The app used to be great—fast, simple, and reliable. The latest update, though, is a step backwards. Forcing facial recognition before signing in is frustrating and unnecessary. Not everyone wants or can use face ID every time they access their account. Please bring back the option to sign in without mandatory facial recognition, or at least make it optional again. This change makes the app more annoying to use. I don't have face or finger print enabled for privacy no app should force me to.

Hello, kindly go to your device settings and enable the Fingerprint biometric option. Once enabled, you should be able to log in to the app successfully. M.A

The face recognition feature is now mandatory for all transactions. Unfortunately this doesn't work and it takes several attempts just to make a small transfer to a registered and much used payee, or to pay a bill. My other banking apps have fingerprint which is far easier. As OTPs are now considered unsafe, why not just use fingerprint recognition like other banking apps until the technology to make facial recognition more reliable is available?

They are now forcing us to use facial recognition for transactions. No opt out possible. It's extremely inconvenient and forcing us to look for another bank. Tried multiple times with support from their team. Also, over 10 years with them have noticed my number is leaked to many other companies when you get a credit card etc.

Due to enhanced security measures, Android users can access the App only using fingerprint biometrics. If your device does not support it, the App will not be accessible at this time.
