I contacted the office at least twice last week about Addus Connects. The app has been indicating that there was no clock in or out every scheduled work day since May 30th. I had to submit an electronic exception for each scheduled work day since then. Obviously, there is a technical issue somewhere because I have clocked in and out each day from the client's landline phone just as I have since December 2011. I would appreciate assistance from someone who is knowledgeable about the app.

I cannot even get into the app. It says they sent a code to my phone but nothings there. Went to office they verified that they have my right number, but it's still not working. Office tried to help, supervisor tried to help, IT tried to help several times, now its been over 7 weeks. Installed then un-installed several, several times and still not working. No one knows. I was even told they do not have all the kinks worked out yet. But!!!!But I still cannot get into Addus Connect. Thanks

A lot of times app will say I missed an appointment when I actually clocked in and out. It will also say I over spent 30+ minutes with a client when my tine clock shows otherwise. The apps obviously broken and I wouldn't rely on it for anything important. Other than that it really has nothing to offer but stories no one reads.
