This Apps performance is LOUSY; I would like to be able to add this to my desk top but its a no go, it keeps advising me that it not compatible with my desk top!! I use my desk top computer to address all matters of business and to print when needed its more convenient and easier access for looking at all profiles on the ADDUS when possible!!

I contacted the office at least twice last week about Addus Connects. The app has been indicating that there was no clock in or out every scheduled work day since May 30th. I had to submit an electronic exception for each scheduled work day since then. Obviously, there is a technical issue somewhere because I have clocked in and out each day from the client's landline phone just as I have since December 2011. I would appreciate assistance from someone who is knowledgeable about the app.

Keeps me feom calling the office so often. I love that I can check how much time I have left, at end of week sometimes i have a few minutes I need to make up from previous days.
