Ratings and reviews

I'm sure it's great. But during the setup. I wasn't allowed to type my own words at times. Predetermined options to choose from∅when sometimes I wanted to explain certain things and then they wanted it all my employees information right then and there I couldn't save it couldn't go back couldn't do it later its 8:00 at night I had a long day I was not interested in going through all my employees information tax IDs and giving them all that

need to finish up signing in. I need to hit Google to complete my sign in. It's not allowing me to go back to that page.

I don't normally write reviews, but this is the most infuriating app I've ever used. I swear it was designed by monsters. It asks for the same bits of information multiple times. Some forms require formats that don't make sense (it required my EIN for city taxes, and my city uses my federal EIN, but the app wouldn't take it). It won't let me used my keyboard's voice to text. You can't back out of to-dos. There is a text chat box instead of a menu, so you don't know what your options are.
