If you have a Wisely Pay or Wisely Cash card (see back of your card), this feature requires an upgrade which may not be available to all cardholders.

Blocks high charges on my account when making online orders on the Walmart app, and declines my card in the process even though it was actually me making that purchase and transaction. Also, when contacting customer service about my issues on having my card and getting it unlocked and about the card declining on me, they just abruptly ended the chat and didn't even want to fix it and deal with me. Might consider switching banks. Expect ZERO stars from me.

I really don't recommend wisely. If you open an account with them, and transfer your paycheck to them immediately, the only way you'd be able to access your money is through tap to pay until you have the physical card which can take up to two weeks to arrive. customer service's solution when I asked to transfer money to a different bank was "you can't transfer without the card. use tap to pay at stores". Needless to say, I will be deleting my account the moment I can access MY money.

BEWARE! This apps is simple and easy the banking is also simple and easy but Lord help you if you EVER have to call customer service they are useless. Zero resolution, Zero Answer, and Rude Customer service reps. If they think something could be fraud and you don't respond quick enough they will lock your card. You have to jump through 20 hoops to still not get a resolution. I had a question on a pending charge they locked my card and are withholding my funds. Closing my account asap.
