This app drives me crazy! Four out of five times that I tried to log in and it always tells me that I am unauthorized. It's extremely frustrating that I can't login and always having to uninstall the app and then reinstall the app most of the time that don't even work. Then on top of that I can't even speak to nobody about the app except for people at my office and they don't even know what's going on. Makes no sense the app does not have better support for its customers.

Wouldn't use this if my employer didn't require, absolutely would not recommend other employers utilize it unless it gets some changes. It might just be my OS/phone model, but the UI is unpleasant to use and doesn't look clean. Time off requests feel especially clunky to use, though maybe that's by design. I kept getting an error that was resolved by unchecking "Notify My Colleagues", but I have no idea how anyone was supposed to figure that out when the error message was a string of tech jargon

Wish I could give 0 stars. Logging in is fine, but other than that it is absolute garbage, doesn't work properly. Nothing shows when I tap a shift on My Calendar, just the header bar and then a big lovely blank screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled, made no difference. Why there's two separate apps for the same company and purpose, I will never know. Congratulations ADP, I've never hated something as much as I hate this app. And I've worked retail for 10+ years.
