I started experiencing what others here were experiencing. Camera loading times were ridiculously long. Sometimes I just gave up and closed the app. I have a 1 gig internet, so it wasn't my internet, it was ADT. My connections to my cameras kept disconnecting more than usual. They sent me Cellbridge, which did not work! I am now required to update my system if I want continuous monitoring for an extra price. One suggestion is a PANIC button in the app. I don't know why we don't have one yet.

Your application is not working properly, specially on the Thermostat section, that the controls are not working. I got the Android version and it sucks! When you did not have several application s for 2 or more different systems, it was working excellent. Your people are not even aware of the problem or they do not know what they are doing. The only solution they gave me is to use your website instead of the application, instead of fixing the problem.

I am unable to access my austen through the APP. I can only use the keypad which is an inconvenience because I come in through my garage. Been having issues since Sunday. It's now saying it's not connected. There was an update over the weekend so not sure if that triggered the connection issues. This has to be fixed
