After a few years of using this app, I would consider something else. Z-Wave integrations work almost never. Doorbell notifications take a while to show up, and by the time the doorbell camera wakes up, the person who rang the doorbell is long gone. I have never once caught something on camera that I actually wanted or needed to see. It's really good at arming and disarming the system and viewing, but not changing, the status of Z-Wave devices on the network, and that's about it.

unbelievable app. First, it responded with password invalid, which is not true. After several attempts I went to password forgotten. I received the link to reset it. I'm asked for username/email associated with account. Okay, I put it in and it tells me it's unverifiable. How in the blazes could that be unverifiable? When you just sent me the link!!. Been with adt 30+ years. It's time to leave. to many issues lately

Terrible app. Poor services. Bad equipment. Door sensors that say open/closed 100 times a day. Camera that may or may not be live, you won't know anyway because the videos never record. You may or may not get a still shot, but its going to be from last week. Just bad design and support all the way around. About to cancel this service for something better.
