Ratings and reviews

Their current app is repulsive compared to the past. I feel like I'm trying to buy something from the cat in the hat. Colors don't work, fonts are too large. I've been a customer here for years, but this is the worst app design I've seen out of everything on my phone. Reply: Yes thank you re the font size adjustment. The colors, there are too many. Branding colors, banners, reds and greens...not good if one is color blind. Just go to black font color and let us read something is out of stock.

As others have stated, the app is very slow; about ten seconds for anything to load. But it's gotten worse than that. Many buttons don't work anymore: edit store, edit payments, etc. Right this minute I'm trying to order two parts for pickup. Both are available at a nearby store but I am unable to change the pickup location of one part at my main store, which doesn't have the other in stock. So if I want to use the app (and use an online discount code) I have to go to both locations.

Pretty good, with a few annoyances. Mainly you have to login every single time (and you have to go out of your way to do it), and it doesn't store credit cards or hint to android to use a saved card--so every purchase you have to enter it again. Outside of that it's pretty good--search is painfully slow but that's the same on the website, so I wouldn't fault the app.
