Absolutely by far the slowest app I have ever used in my life! I can't even describe how slow this app is. Must still be running on dial-up servers. Literally! And you can't use points in store. So I have to spend a whole 8 hour shift just to find parts to buy. Mind blown! It's no different in store either. Their systems inside the store are just as bad. You would think upgrading would be top priority. No sir, not advanced auto. Go check auto zone. Oh their system sucks too? Well ebay it is.

It's nice that they have deals online. However, I wish that you were able to get them in store as well 🤷‍♀️ other than that, app is pretty easy to use. I had issues using my card for some reason until finally I tried adding it to my account for future purchases and it finally went through after that.

The app was awesome before the update. Now it takes forever to load. It stays on the advance auto parts logo for a long time. I reset my phone, deleted the app and re-download the app, and still takes forever to open. Wish they can fix this problem asap. Overall using the app is easy to find parts for my cars. Fix this and it can get 5 stars.
