Ratings and reviews

Been using the app for a couple of days now and honestly, I'm quite satisfied with it. Yes, there are some parts that need improvements but overall it's useful. But I wish if possible we could use the online card through nfc even without opening the app, for instance like adding online card to Google wallet, instead of barcode. Also, the app itself opens up a bit late. All in all, it gets the job done.

It should be simple, frendly use and safe.

Good but, is not clear for passenger. For example: Passenger should check timetable of train and then search from where to where he should go and then buy a ticket. Comparing to German DB app, in DB app you directly search where you wanna go, then times appear and then everything else which makes it easier to understand. While railways developed weak in Azerbaijan and there are not many stations in Azerbaijan compared to Germany, It shoul be very easy for developers.
