If it's possible I'll give it a minus, your IDs is not required for registration as soon as you fund it and try using it you're required to input your NIN/BVN for something as little as airtime how deceptive. Purchased number for verification also, the message never arrived atleast I was lucky to get refund. Literally the worst app ever used, Go on at your own risk!!!

I loved this app until early 2025, but support has become dismissive and useless. I recently changed my phone and got locked out because OTPs are never sent to my email or SMS. When I contacted support, they snobbishly told me to restart my phone, then ghosted me. That worked for two weeks but stopped. Now, they claim they have no idea how to fix it. They have been consistently rude and unhelpful for a while. Honestly, I'm not sure this app is even worth keeping anymore.

throughout today I have not been able to do any transactions in your app...it keeps showing unable to process transaction
