This app fails to do the most basic functions you would expect out of an airline app. Never able to load boarding pass and had to request a paper copy. Checking in took five tries as it would reset my information. I changed seats and despite it confirmed the change it never occured and I was in the original seat. It doesn't matter when/how you try to use the app it is completely unreliable.

Pos app, can't do anything with this or the website. I already checked in twice due to it never updating on the website. Waited like 30 minutes after the first attempt to try again. Still no check in confirmation or boarding passes but they already put a hold for my baggage fees twice. This airline likes to nickle and dime you. I wish there was a better airline that traveled to Mexico but we are stuck with this horrible one.

Absolutely terrible. A complete disgrace. The two things you want to be able to do is check on flight updates and load your boarding passes. It cannot do either task. All the app can do is charge you more for completely stupid upgrades. Aeromexico utterly sucks as a whole. I'm shocked we didn't die in a fiery crash. It's like... Oh God I dunno. I suggest looking up lots of reviews. I will definitely avoid ever using them again if I can.
