This app never works right. I thought it had been fixed, but then I tried to find dental information, and the dental portal was inaccessible after entering the insurance type. Then, when I tried to send a message , it took 15 minutes to write. I was told to input a recipient. There was nowhere to add a recipient. I logged out, then logged back in, and it would not load anything, not even after a phone restart.

This app has a unique security feature. Even if you use the correct user name and password, it my not allow access. Tried several times using correct info. Then I called 800 customer service and got a guy who tried but could not fix issue. Next rep. sent me to the website - a wild goose chase. I finally got some email help from them. During the conversations, I had to battle heavy accents and noisy phone lines. I ended up getting erased and had to re-register. Grrrr!

I have had problems with the app from the beginning, but they called me right away to ask about my difficulties and were concerned about fixing the problems..... Since then, I don't see any changes in the app... I can read the content, but there isn't anywhere you can search for something, it's not interactive.....and no where to schedule a ride to doctor appointment.. I like the insurance, but not the app.
