Still works about the same after the update. It's still a little tricky to get the login page to load and successfully login and move forward to menu options. You may have to force stop the app and try more than once. But once you're in, it's alright. It still won't load the Health Tools pages but at least I can check my claims and search for a provider. The regular website hasn't worked in years so I'm grateful to have this option. It would be even better if I could check my Health Rewards.

it is nice that Aetna Better Health roboresponds that they are working on it, but it's the end of May and I look back at reviews and reviewers clear back to NOV 2018 are commenting the exact same thing that I am having problems with SIX MONTHS later! it crashes immediately upon trying to.open the app. I have to reinstall it after uninstalling it in order to use the app. Also, I have noticed finding providers is difficult, and after going thru all of the steps, No Providers Found. FRUSTRATING!
