I have had problems with the app from the beginning, but they called me right away to ask about my difficulties and were concerned about fixing the problems..... Since then, I don't see any changes in the app... I can read the content, but there isn't anywhere you can search for something, it's not interactive.....and no where to schedule a ride to doctor appointment.. I like the insurance, but not the app.

This app has a unique security feature. Even if you use the correct user name and password, it my not allow access. Tried several times using correct info. Then I called 800 customer service and got a guy who tried but could not fix issue. Next rep. sent me to the website - a wild goose chase. I finally got some email help from them. During the conversations, I had to battle heavy accents and noisy phone lines. I ended up getting erased and had to re-register. Grrrr!

Terrible app. To search for provider, drop down of zip text is too small, constantly fat finger a different one. Nix the list, I can type 5 digits. Specialty drop down text also too small. Search times out with cryptic message, then the provider drop down preselects all top level specialties, can't unselected. Can't unselect multiple specialties either. Must force shutdown app. No way to filter distance. FWIW customer service is top notch.
