Affect is more than a sobriety app or sober tracker. It is the first integrated addiction recovery app to provide a full outpatient treatment program with rewards as you make progress. You don't have to go to rehab to stop drinking and using drugs. Affect puts a recovery program right in your pocket.

Through our scientifically-proven approach, you can learn to manage, reduce, and quit alcohol, cannabis, stimulants like meth and cocaine, opioids like heroin, or pain killers and other prescription medications. Affect is an incredible program for anyone struggling with addiction & mental health diagnosis. There's many Pros to Affect but there's also very few cons. If Affect would fix the issues that are going on with the App especially for those who use android phones then I would gladly change the rating to 5 stars without hesitation whatsoever. Also they should send tracking numbers to their clients when they're waiting for USD test cups. I have issues all the time with not receiving my packages

Amazing (albeit minimal) incentive each and every day to at least log in and answer a couple questions regarding your use. Whether you're trying to completely stop using, or just decrease your usage, they can and will help. Even if your insurance isn't accepted for full counseling support you can still use their app, for free! Honestly, just having that little bit of accountability really set things in motion for me....
