My subscription was paid and my subscription was cancelled. I sent emails and screen shots of my active subscription and it has not been changed to active. The issue is not resolved yet. It is frustrating and there is no customer service number to contact to assist with this issue. I'm disappointed and will cancel by subscription and request my money back.

It's seems many people are having same issue as mine. I paid $29.99 for Elite to see my LIKES. I'm still not able to do as such from day one, Dec 8th I contacted through email y'all responded but swear you see no record of my payment so I sent more info including receipt to show I paid, my user name, a few digits of my debit card, more than enough I thought to solve this simple issue yet as of today BLK still says all it shows is a free acct. Highly disappointed, glad it was for one month, done!

EDIT: Now you're LIMITED on the number of swipes you can make in a day! There's a countdown clock to when you'll earn more swipes. This app is too expensive to pay for swipes!! TRASSHHHH! OG Review: It's like they go out of their way to show you people outside of your preferences, specifically location-wise. If u change your preference to show u people withing 30 miles of u, you're guaranteed to see people 125mi+ from u. It's annoying!! I've deactivated & re-signed up and it's the same thing!
