Ratings and reviews

Paid for the upgrade and was billed months before the annual subscription was up. I was refunded by my payment source, then matchgroup denied me access to my account! I emailed them and received no response whatsoever! Criminal actions of you ask me! Avoid matchgroup apps if you value your money! Still trying to figure out how to get a partial refund of the remaining months I'm owed, but you have no way to reach them other than an email they never respond to! Zero Stars!

How does this app one, keep showing me the same 10 people like I wouldn't notice, and 2 when I got a match it just deletes them and not show me the message they sent. Now it could have been because the unmatched me, I'll take that, but after losing the message I get a notification that they messaged me again later and now I can't see it. Idk, this app seems kinda weak.

Wish I would have read these comments. App is sometime else. Like many, my account was banned. no reason was provided other than them saying that I had violated terms and conditions or community guidelines. That was all that was provided to me, no additional info. I suspect it has something to do with the fact I'm nonbinary. I had upgraded once, but then realized that you only had unlimited matches. If you want to see who matches with you, you have to upgrade to another tier. Wild money grab.
