easy to use good costumer service

Please fix the app it's not letting me do the update so I can pay so I tried to re-download it nd now I can't re-download the app please I don't have time to go to the store to go pay this bill, I tried to see it it was my memory or anything to do with my phone and its not.

PLEASE FIX THIS!!!!!! I dont have time to be going to store and making payments!!!!! This app would help ALOT if it worked :/ I would perfer to go to another company that would be easier to pay
