Ratings and reviews

It's very slow to load, so it doesn't get used very often, only when it is really needed. Now, a year later and this is, without a doubt, the worst performing app on my phone. It has to be reinstalled periodically just to keep it working. if it could be rated at zero stars or less, that is what it would get. I It is hopeless.

Add this to the list of hopeless apps. Honestly if you want to go all online at least get it to work properly. Getting your tickets- hit and miss- forwarding tickets, no chance. Up to date info- no despite having uninstalled several times, it still shows me only one upcoming game with the Kangaroos and that was from 2 years ago. Absolutely useless.

When it works, it's ok. When it doesn't....well, draw your own conclusions. Trying to get my tickets for the game is a touch and go affair. It says screen shots don't work to use your barcode...but they do. Of course they do, it's literally the same picture, just screen shotted. Sign in is painful, due to it being linked to the clusterF that Ticketek is...can you please seperate the systems? Much like the recent on field performance, this app needs work.
