Ratings and reviews

Overall, my payment history is excellent, but I will ultimately prefer Sezzle over Afterpay 100% of the time because Sezzle allows rescheduling of payments if needed, with a longer window of time. For example, if I need to reschedule a payment due tomorrow, Sezzle will allow me to extend it 2 weeks so it fits within my budget and my paycheque date. Afterpay is inconvenient in that they only allow rescheduling of a payment so many days out past the due date and not far enough out.

This seemed like a good idea, but it's pretty poorly executed. You can't add a card to your digital wallet in Canada, so you only have the option to shop online and not in store! You also can't delete a payment card, which is a major security risk! The support is non existent, twice I contacted them, and it took weeks to get a resolution. Also when you delete the account, they don't actually delete it on their end, you can still access it, which is a major security risk

the app was working great 👍 for a while. extremely helpful. I have recently been having an issue ..there is a charge on my account that I didn't make and they won't let me use my account until it's paid. I've sent several emails and it hasn't been fixed.. and the number affiliated with the account I no longer have and the email was hacked .. so there have been some issues with it, when it was opened I had a 250 dollar credit limit, no missed payment. it went to 50 and idk why. it could be a 5 .
