Built for block, building, and estate inspections, Aidenn Inspect helps property managers capture issues on site and turn walkarounds into structured, consistent inspection reports, without the usual admin burden.

During an inspection, users can photograph issues in common areas and add context using voice notes or typing, depending on how they prefer to work. Aidenn Inspect uses AI to assist with writing up clearer issue descriptions and structuring the inspection report, reducing the time spent on manual write‑ups after every visit.

Inspections can be carried out even with limited connectivity. Data syncs when you’re back online, making sure nothing is missed. Once reviewed, approved issues can be raised directly into Fixflo, complete with images and descriptions, ready for contractor allocation. Inspection reports are stored against the property, helping teams keep a clear record of site condition and actions raised.
