Aidenn Inspect uses AI to assist with writing up clearer issue descriptions and structuring the inspection report, reducing the time spent on manual write‑ups after every visit.

Inspections can be carried out even with limited connectivity. Data syncs when you’re back online, making sure nothing is missed. Once reviewed, approved issues can be raised directly into Fixflo, complete with images and descriptions, ready for contractor allocation. Inspection reports are stored against the property, helping teams keep a clear record of site condition and actions raised.
