About this app

The Informed Delivery® Mobile application allows you to start your mornings with a preview of your day’s USPS mail and packages. This free app lets you see photos of your mail before it arrives and receive USPS tracking updates.

You can use the app to:​

• Create your account or sign-in with an existing account. ​
• Get daily digest notifications to preview your mail and packages scheduled to arrive soon. ​
• See grayscale images of your mail before it arrives*. Images are of the exterior, address side only of letter sized mail. ​
• Interact with mailer-provided digital content associated with your mail (e.g. - special offers, related links). ​
• Scan eligible tracking numbers or label barcodes to track the status of your inbound or outbound USPS packages.​
• Get delivery status updates directly to your smartphone.​


*Images are only provided for letter-sized mailpieces that are processed through USPS’s automated equipment. Mail and packages may not arrive the same day you get a notification – please allow several days for delivery. ​

I love the feature itself but the point of the app correct me if I'm wrong what's to have an easier way to stay logged in right? yeah it doesn't do that. You can't use biometrics It literally doesn't work It doesn't let you add it, But it will remind you you can do it every single time you attempt to log in. And it logs you out even when you say "keep me logged in". every single time. which would be fine but the biometrics doesn't work!

I like the usefulness of this app, but every single time I go to login it makes me use two-step verification, and sends codes to my email. it gives me the option to "remember this device" but it doesn't seem to remember the device ever... very frustrating to have to do this every time. it offers me the ability to log in using my thumbprint but it won't let me do that because it doesn't remember my device... otherwise, It is a helpful app.

Like others have said, I can't even log into the app. It takes you to the USPS web page, does the factor authorization thing then just sits there. I let it go for over an hour ans it did nothing. Just sat there spinning and not loading. It doesn't work, just go on the website and avoid this buggy app.
