AiLock Employee is the on-device companion to your AiLock workplace attendance system. Designed for businesses that want accurate clock-ins and distraction-free work shifts.
Core Features:
• QR code clock-in — scan a location QR posted at your workplace to clock in with verified location
• Remote clock-in — for hybrid and field employees, with auto-detected GPS address
• Focus mode — minimizes distractions during your shift by limiting access to social media, entertainment, and other non-work apps and websites; phone and messaging stay available
• Secure mode — for high-focus work, the device is limited to apps approved by your employer
• Live shift timer — see exactly how long you have been clocked in
• Today's hours — quick view of total hours worked today
• Supervisor session control — your supervisor can end an active locked session remotely when needed
How It Works
1. Sign in with the email and password provided by your administrator
2. Grant the requested camera, location, overlay, and usage permissions on first launch
3. Scan the QR at your work location to clock in
4. Focus or Secure mode engages automatically based on the location's settings
5. Tap "Clock Out" when your shift ends; all restrictions lift instantly
Approved-Apps Whitelist
Your administrator configures which work apps stay accessible during a locked session (such as Slack, Teams, Zoom). These are never blocked so your work is not interrupted.
