About this app
You have more email addresses than you can keep up with. AIMA is an email app that puts them in one place — on your phone, in your browser and on your computer — and takes care of the dull part.
Works with Gmail, Outlook, Hotmail, iCloud, Yahoo, work and university addresses, or any IMAP account. Add as many mailboxes as you like and read them all in one unified inbox, or keep one apart so personal mail stays personal.
It learns what you call spam
Not from a shared blocklist, but from what you mark. Tell it once and it remembers. The spam filter runs on our own server — your mail is never sent to some other company's AI.
Newsletters and promotions go to a folder of their own, so the inbox keeps what someone actually wrote to you. When you unsubscribe from something, AIMA checks a few weeks later whether they really stopped — because plenty of them don't.
And before you tap a link, it checks that the sender is who they claim to be, and that the links are not known phishing.
It gets there fast
New mail shows up on your phone in seconds, not whenever it gets round to it.
Start on your phone, carry on in the browser, finish at your desk — there is a desktop app for Mac and Windows, and the web app installs like a normal program. What you read or delete in one place shows up in the others straight away.
It does what you ask, when you ask
Send later, at a time you pick. Take back a message that left by mistake.
Snooze one until next week and it comes back unread, at the top. Pin the ones you keep coming back to. Set a reminder on anything you must not forget.
Swipe to archive, delete, star or pin — you choose what each swipe does.
While you're away, it replies for you — once per person, and never to a newsletter or a mailing list.
It works offline
Read, search and act on the underground, on a plane, anywhere with no signal. Next time you're online, it catches up on its own.
It doesn't sell you
No ads. No profile built out of what you write.
Messages are encrypted on the server, and the copy on your phone is encrypted too. Images from people you don't know don't load until you say so — so nobody learns that you opened their mail.
And if you want to leave, you delete your account and everything in it from inside the app.

Contacts and groups, so you can write to a whole group by name. Folders you make yourself, arranged in sections, and whole conversations you can move into them. A conversation view for the threads that keep going.
Translation in place, for mail in a language you don't read. Read receipts, when you need to know it arrived. A signature, with your logo if you have one.
Quiet hours, batched notifications instead of a buzz per message, muted senders and muted conversations. Dark theme, larger text, compact lists. Lock the app with your fingerprint or a PIN. And a page of statistics showing what it has actually been doing with your mail.
