About this app

AIMA is an email app for all your addresses — Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud, work and custom-domain mail — in one inbox, on your phone and your computer.

Not sure yet? Tap "Try with a demo mailbox": a full inbox with mail, files and a calendar to play with. No account, no password.

ONE INBOX, EVERY SCREEN
• The same inbox on Android, in your browser, and in the apps for Mac, Windows and Linux.
• Read a message on your phone and it is already read on your computer. Move, delete or reply in one place and it shows everywhere, at once.
• Sign in on the web by scanning a QR code from the app — no password typed.

ANY ADDRESS, INCLUDING YOUR WORK ONE
• Gmail, Outlook, Yahoo, iCloud and any IMAP account, including most company addresses.
• Gmail, Yahoo and iCloud connect with an app password — AIMA walks you through it, step by step. Outlook signs in with Microsoft.
• One shared inbox for all of them, or each account on its own.
• Mark an account "separate": it stays out of the shared inbox and sends no notifications.

MAIL THAT IS EASY TO READ
• Cards or a plain list, light or dark — you choose, with a live preview.
• Conversations kept together. Every attachment you ever received in one place: Files.
• Swipe to archive, delete, star or snooze. Undo a send.
• Lock the app with your fingerprint or face.

CALENDAR AND TASKS, IN THE SAME APP
• Agenda, day, week and month views, repeating events and alerts.
• Tasks with steps, and due dates that roll over to the next day if you did not finish.
• Birthdays and anniversaries, with a reminder as many days ahead as you like.
• A home-screen widget: your day at a glance, tasks you tick right there.
• Save a date from an email, or import .ics files.

AI SPAM FILTER (AIMA PLUS)
• Learns from what you mark as spam or not spam, not from fixed rules.
• Shows why a message was flagged, and one tap brings it back.
• Runs on our own server — your mail is never sent to an outside AI service.
• You can stop your mail from teaching the filter at any time, in Settings.

FREE AND AIMA PLUS
Free: one mailbox, reading and sending mail, search, calendar and tasks, the widget, and the same inbox on all your devices.
AIMA Plus adds the AI spam filter, unlimited mailboxes, scheduled send, read receipts, translation, sender checks, automatic newsletter filing and Away mode.

What’s new

New Contacts: groups as filters, an A–Z index and a page for each person – write to them, see all their mail and the latest received.
Clearer calendar: a clean week grid, fuller event colours, overlapping events side by side; the month on the same white card.
"Add another mailbox" always visible in the account menu.
Signing out or deleting your account clears the screen at once.
Start-up and notification fixes.
