Ai-Menu-Support provides authorised Ai-Menu support staff with remote technical assistance for Android devices.
With the device owner's permission, an authorised support representative can connect to help diagnose and resolve a support issue.
AccessibilityService API use:
Ai-Menu Remote Support uses Android's AccessibilityService API only during an active, user-approved remote support session. The Accessibility Service enables remote touch, mouse, swipe, scroll, and keyboard input so the support representative can operate the device interface to provide technical assistance. The service may access the active on-screen user interface and editable fields only as needed to deliver this remote-control feature.
The device owner must choose to enable the Accessibility Service in Android Settings before remote control can be used. The service is optional and can be disabled at any time in Android Settings or from the app. It is not used to change device settings without permission, prevent the app or service from being disabled or uninstalled, bypass Android privacy controls, or record remote-call audio.
Information visible through the active device interface is shared with the authorised support representative only for the active remote support session.
