Ratings and reviews

Asks to pass security check one after another, this is disrespectful to the user. You have to enter phone number each time to book. It is buggy , country code is not changed. You cannot cancel if you did a mistake, there are so many issues ... Then you have capthca, then payment method select had a bug - no popup for credit card appears, then you are reaching limit of fails and need wait 1 hour!

I moved to a different country and tried using the app. I understand the need for verification but despite submitting all docs, this could not be completed digitally. It's pathetic that the travel document can't handle movement of users despite hogging all but extremely sensitive personal information.

Unusable. Unable to sign in because it does not receive code from email (wrong code error, but the code is the same) and does not send SMS to phone number. DO NOT USE THIS APP if you do not want to lose your airbnb account. This app also has many other annoying bugs, such as the cursor jumping to the end of the text every time I try to edit a word in the middle of the text. This Android app is a complete disaster.
