I've been using AirHelp for years, it's my third compensation. I've tried going at this myself and it's impossible, so the AH service fee is actually totally acceptable... I'd rather get a few hundred EUR with close to no effort than get nothing while actively trying. And the app is super slick.

TOTAL SCAM , STOLE MY REFUND!!!!!! and have no interest in sending my refund to me. OVER 30 DAYS SINCE THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO HAVE SENT PAYMENT. All they want to do is say they sent it to my bank , and my bank has "0" paper trail that they sent the money to us. Now I am out of my refund and no recourse . ABSOLUTELY worst company that I have ever dealt with. DONT USE , DONT GET SCAMMED AS WELL!!! ,..... STILL NO RESPONSE EVEN AFTER SENDING A HELP REQUEST THAT YOU SAID TO DO !!

absolutely no reason to pay for this service. they don't do anything for your requests and they don't have any customers service apart from unhelpful AI. don't spend your money on this app!!!
