I am re-writing my original review, It took a couple months , but in the end they did get my refund to me. Thank you Airhelp for following up and ensuring that the transaction was finally completed. one suggestion for the future , when there are issues in refunds try to take action faster , especially if there has been repeated contact over the course of a month after the payment was supposed to be deposited. thank you again for following through.

I tried to talk with customer service regarding an issue and I had to text to them a lot of time in order to reply to me. At the end they reply but it took them so long and also the agent left the conversation without me finishing my question. Clearly I was bothering the agent with my problem and he was trying to avoid me. If I am paying for a service I want to have it without begging for attention.

I got an luggage insurance for my trip but when it came to make a claim after my luggage was delayed they didn't come through. There was no way of filling the claim in the app. Customer service had me file a different claim so my name would be in the system for then to be able to process it. I'm not buying this again!
