Terrible UI, you can't "switch in-between apps" it disables my "navigation bar" at the bottom of my screen. There's no way to do a research for products. Since the merge, all my cash rewards and points combined over a decade aren't even 100$??? this is ridiculous. Tried to claim rewards couple times be4 and the process is tedious, long and impossible to complete at the end by getting an annoying popup saying I need to reach out for a representative 🤯 ... during business hours... disappointing

95% of the time the "scan receipt" portion of the app doesn't work and you have to do an inquiry, which also doesn't consistently work. What's the point of having it when it never works? Also, some of the stores I go to just use a store number and not an address so it tells me that the receipt is no good. It's almost more trouble than it's worth

App not wrkg. Scan issues - msg comes up & reads "Oops, something went wrong. Try again later." It's been a wk. I tried to email you at the email address you provided here, but it was sent back because my "name is not on the email list". I clicked the link to your website here & it took me back to the app. No way to get a hold of you. I had to make an unrelated receipt inquiry via the app. Edit: Thx for getting back & quickly. Actually a good app, thot the 1 ⭐ would help get a response is all.
