Worst streaming application ever. I've cancelled my subscription within 2 hours. I've tried to watch Conan but it keeps locking though i purchased membership. After trying half an hour, i struggled with how to change subtitle. During find the solution, the videos locked again. The illegal website are more user friendly than this app. Please concern more or UI/UX.

I'm frustrated with the app as it's loading very slowly. My router seems fine but the app and web versions are both slow. The feature menu takes a long time to load and I'm experiencing issues with the English and Japanese translations to Thai language where some words are incorrect. Please release new patches to fix these issues.

Terrible interface though streaming has improved. Want to know a common use case while watching episodic shows? The ability to move on to the next episode.... That should be basic functionality that this app does not provide when casting. It just doesn't exist like the designers couldn't imagine anyone doing such a thing. Well people do want to move on to the next episode without hitting back and having the whole app reload, then having to search the show they were watching.
