Very Disappointed with the App Experience Even after booking seats and receiving confirmed e-tickets for our upcoming flights on 21st and 23rd June 2025, the mobile app failed to reflect the seat selection and booking status correctly. This created unnecessary confusion and stress for both me and my spouse. For a trusted airline, such technical glitches are unacceptable. The app should reliably sync with actual bookings and provide real-time updates.

Half of the application's buttons don't even work. I tried to check in and select a seat, I paid for the seat twice but the app kept getting stuck, their own payment provider razorpay confirmed the payment but the application is so poorly designed that my seat selection was still not completed. Then I went ahead to submit a complaint and it said "our servers are down please try again later". I have already sent an email to your customer support email as well as the nodal officer.

Buggy App, needs serious improvement. Was able to install it and login without any issues but after that it doesn't open or load at all. Had to try multiple times just to open it! What is the point of having an app if it doesn't open in the first place!
