This application simply does not load on OnePlus Nord device. In this day and age, I wonder how this airline survives without fixing it's app to provide basic services to customers. more problems found: 1) If I have bought food and seating while booking the flight, why are you asking me to select it again in checkout. 2) during checkout you don't even show me the paid seat as mine, and you force me to select a different seat. 3) I had to abandon self check in despite being a frequent flyer.

Dear Akasa Air Support Team, Address a payment issue I encountered while attempting to complete web check-in for my upcoming flight. the travel date is May 25th.During the check-in process, I selected and paid for additional seats and meals. However, after the transaction was processed, the website displayed an error message.Now, upon trying to check in again, the system is demanding payment for the same items.I made a payment and shared the receipt copy in Mail but till now noone responded.

I cancelled my booking. But I didn't receive the refund of rs 3688 even.. on akasa app it is showing as refund completed. But it's not been credited in my account. It's 21st day still I didn't get refund. they gave me one URN number and asked me to check with Bank. Bank confirmed that on this URN they cannot see any pending request. When I asked them to give RRN number, they were providing with wrong RRN number. on their app it is showing as refund completed. they are fraudsters.
