Ratings and reviews

The application is really disappointing. I had to install it three times, but the first page never moved ahead. At first, I thought the issue might be with my mobile or internet. I wanted to do a web check-in, but neither the app moved to next screen nor the website worked after entering the details. Please have the app thoroughly tested by a QA team. Right now, it feels like a complete waste of time.

Worst experience on booking. No proper customer support. Promised discount by applying promo code but fail to provide the same. When I tried to apply promo code at the time of booking an error popped up stating "PROMO CODE NOT APPLICABLE". I personally feel the company offers fake promises to attract the customer. When raised a complaint to customer care on the same issue they did not resolve. WORST EXPERIENCE 😡😡

Horrible !honestly the app is taking so damn long to even open... even the website, constant glitches absolutely horrible. Do y'all not have the funds to fix the problem? seriously pathetic. if I could i would give you a zero rating. just for the app and web.
