Ratings and reviews

Overall app is good but biometric scanner issue is there. I give permission for usb but when it time scan it show configuration error with scanner. I am using secugen biometric device. Kindly solve this issue. This issue come with many mobile phones. One more issue that I am facing from last one month that whenever I click on cash deposit self account it show me an error "activity not allowed". While all other option works fine.

The bill payment function is not working correctly, as the app returns to the home page after each payment. Users are forced to repeatedly re-enter details like mobile number, user ID, and password, leading to time waste. The reviewer suggests that USSD (Unstructured Supplementary Service Data) is still a more efficient method for time savings. The reviewer expresses dissatisfaction with the updated version, stating the previous version was superior and requesting a resolution to the issues.

Everytime required OTP to login mostly shop keepers use Keypad mobile for load and App in other personal mobile is not good or otp should not auto fetch we can enter manually like Apollo, moreover After update bill payment function not working good, after payment one bill app return to home page again and again we need to enter all details Mobile number user id password again and again Wich is Time waisting. ussd still time savings, please resolve issue. previous version was good. still useless.
