Dear Easypaisa Support Team, I hope you are doing well. I am a registered Easypaisa Retailer (eAgent), and I would like to raise a concern regarding the login process of the eAgent application. Currently, it seems that the registered SIM must be inserted in the mobile phone in order to log in to the app. Due to certain reasons, it is not always possible for me to keep the registered SIM in the same device. Therefore, I would like to request if there is any alternative way to log in to the app

"I am using a Google Pixel 4, which only supports Face Unlock and does not have a physical fingerprint sensor. The app keeps showing 'Device doesn't support fingerprint authentication' error and doesn't let me use Face Unlock. Please update the app to support Android's standard Biometric/Face Unlock API so Pixel users can log in. Thank you."

The most useless app we faced sign in issue every time required OTP which needed to enter the sim in your handset just update the future otherwise delete this app from play store. which thing needed to fix Enter manual OTP in DIGITS like Numeric 1,2,3,4,5 you can enter yourself or make some alternate future which can do it better than first.
