Ratings and reviews

In the new update, the balance hide option does not work properly. When I close my Easypaisa app and then open it again, my balance is visible again. And other thing is that, there is no complaint option in the App when we select "not found what you looking for", After this, to register a complaint, I need to call or email, which is not ideal..

I have been using Easypaisa for a long time and it used to work perfectly. However, after the recent updates the experience has gotten worse. Payments are deducted from my account but are not received by the recipient. In some cases the amount is deducted twice. My app is also not updating, and the customer support is extremely poor. I hope the team addresses these issues soon because right now the service quality is very disappointing.

After the recent Easypaisa update, the Transaction History option is no longer available. Now, when someone sends us money, we cannot easily check who sent the money and when. Downloading a statement every time is not convenient at all. Please bring back the Transaction History feature so users can easily view their incoming and outgoing transactions in the app. This feature was very useful and made Easypaisa much easier to use.
