Ratings and reviews

Easypaisa is convenient for everyday use like sending money, paying bills, and mobile top-ups. The app is easy to use and accepted almost everywhere in Pakistan. However, customer support is weak and sometimes transactions get stuck or delayed, which can be frustrating. Overall, it's good for small daily payments, but not ideal for keeping large amounts of money.

It's worst experience I had ever seen. App allow me to enter my number than details only ones than now allowing me to open simple account for current account shows account already exists.But there is no option available how I can login to my existing account and if you wanna do same again you found a message your request is received and you will notify later. I think they trying to say later after a year.

The e-statement includes customer name, number, and CNIC, but the address is missing, which is an essential detail. Kindly update the feature to include the customer's address as well. Additionally, the app performance needs improvement. It often lags, and some options do not work properly, which affects the overall user experience. Hope the team takes this feedback seriously and improves the app.
