very poor experience. i reinstalled the app but still i am facing the issue network error after logging into my account. it is not showing transaction history. whenever i try to make a transaction it either says something went wrong or gives error 'esb9999'. i even changed my internet connection but nothing worked. i am facing this issue every single time and unable to make a transaction

The Easypaisa app is excellent and has provided a lot of convenience to customers. If these 2 features are added to this app, it will become even better. 1. When sending money, if the sender gets an option to add a short note that the customer can write themselves, it would be better. 2. If there is an option to filter the transaction history for a specific number, it would be much better.

Terrible experience. I bought a package for another number for a substantial amount and it was not received by the receiver. Moreover, when I try to lodge a complaint, the app is unable to find the transaction from my transaction history and the Telenor helpline is completely non-functional. It doesn't let me speak to an operator and closes the line after suggesting that I check the expiration of my CNIC.
