very very bad neat work This is very poor network service. My issue has not been resolved for the last 24 hours. Whenever we call the helpline, they keep giving a time of two or four hours. We are unable to add any new numbers to the account. Only the numbers that have previously been used for transactions or have been saved as favorites can be added successfully. Newly added numbers are not being accepted. Please investigate and resolve this issue.

The app has not been working properly for the past month. Every time I try to log in, it shows the error message: “Get this app from Play Store.” When I attempt to update it from the Play Store, it does not update. I even tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app, and although it works for a day or two, the same error appears again. Kindly look into this issue and advise on the solution.

Too much bugs, errors and gliches + crashes. I want to create my account but whenever i pass the Biometric verification after loading the app again asking for the Bio verification, its been my third day i have done the verification 20 times even the app says verify and then show the same verification page.
