There doesn't appear a way to make suggestions for the app, so I'll use this in the hopes it gets read by the appropriate app developer. (1) it would nice to have a Quick Lock/Unlock button on the home screen, which captures my preferred scenarios. I have 2 zones, 5 taps! (2) Each zone should have its own status icon.(3) The icon for the current status should be greyed out.(4) The current landing page is totally unnecessary. Revamping it to be useful, (or removing it)alone would get rid of 1 tap

App is getting worse. No longer able to adjust the humidity in the house through the app. I used to be able to set the humidity at 33% and now I can only set 5's and 10's on the website. Sometimes when I use the widgets, The system appears to work but doesn't. I now have to open the app and verify the system is actually either armed or unarmed. Everything that I stated above has been turned in and nothing has been corrected in over a year.

Not as good as other apps. Lacks flexibility. 1. System doesn't allow you to have a permanent run option on your home central fan. Requires you to turn it back on every 24 hours. 2. Doesn't have an option to move from heat to cool during the day automatically. I live in Florida, where it is 30s overnight and 70/80 during the day. Nest offers a Heat/Cool option that allows for warming in the morning and cooling in the afternoon.
