Ratings and reviews

Consistently Unreliable The app constantly crashes, disconnects from units, errors out when trying to manipulate your units. Have to re-add cameras every other week for them to work on it. Had it for over two years and have yet to be able to actually answer the doorbell. Which only picks up half the movement. Can't wait for my contract to be up so I can nix this P.O.S.

Issues with setting schedules. Motion detector turns itself back on after disabling it. I try to update routines, and every screen on the app goes to thermostat installation. I tried the website, and it also doesn't allow me to change features most times. Customer service said they are having issues with the system and have been for a while. I had to delete home/away schedules as only fix, have to set the alarm manually, but unable to do that because the disabled motion detector comes back on

The widget buttons don't even work anymore. It was such a convenient to have a widget button on the home screen instead of having to open up the app every time you want to disarm the alarm. But now when you press on the widget button it does nothing, You have to log into the app, and as soon as the app opens up it disarms. This needs to be fixed.
