Please make it so any text field is saved live whether the app glitches and kicks you out of the text, the app crashes, you fat finger it or whatever. Luckily I write it down on paper first so I'm not sol, but retyping it has caused me to be late clocking out too many times as I'm not allowed to leave it blank, clock out and fill it in later as to not have to field calls and emails about how I clocked out 1 minute late. EDIT: My phone and the app is fully updated. Now I can't save/submit draft

I use this app for work, and I have to say for an app trusted to support sensitive medical information, it is absolutley filled to the brim with software issues. I frequently have problems logging out or clocking into work, in addition to the app deleting all of my notes throughout the day with a, "data not found," message despite constantly clearing my cache and restarting my phone. If you are a company looking to utilize this software, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.

Lags terribly regardless of your network, easily bugs out and causes you to miss a punch in/out or erases important visit notes and task completions. Now it's bugging me saying I have to update my Android because 9 isn't supported anymore. I'm on Android 11. This sucks. Others seem to have great experiences with this app and I'd love to know how they're using it to be having such a good time. I only use it because it's obligated by my job. If I could choose, I wouldn't.
