While the bank is good and offers many services through the app, the app itself is slow and lags a lot. I can barely perform a single operation without the app giving me an error after I perform it, and the only thing I can do to do another procedure is to exit the app and enter again. But it would get the service done eventually after multiple attempts.

Worst situation ever! While Kuveyt Turk app works great in this Xiaomi Note 14 pro+. I can never make mobile activation using the app, not even at the bank branch! Called customer support they told me phone has a problem. Why other people use same phone, and can use Albaraka app, and I have to face this endless problem. And NO my phone is not rooted. I can use the online bank from computer but not from phone. I think I will have to leave to another bank, that gives me the Peace of mind!!!

I'm using this bank for just two days i deposit money $2660 they blocked the money without reason I go to the office without reason they cancelled my bank account this is bad bank
