While the bank is good and offers many services through the app, the app itself is slow and lags a lot. I can barely perform a single operation without the app giving me an error after I perform it, and the only thing I can do to do another procedure is to exit the app and enter again. But it would get the service done eventually after multiple attempts.

I am very disappointed with this App, i just have no choice because it is the bank that i opened account with in Turkey. Please try to improve...the App is super slow, it stucks for no reason, i am facing issues when logging in. As i am typing now, i uninstalled and trying to install the App again because i couldnt log in for more than two weeks........i real can't write enough...Just fix it

There's log-in issue: Firstly, the new version of AB mobile app didn't recognise my Pin,and blocked. Then, I tried to renew it, but my password wasn't accepted that was worked a few minutes ago. I called the customer service of AB to speak out, but I couldn't receive any sms to pass the security control of IA, and of course, there's no person to solve this issue. Now, how can I trust AB to solve any issue if I couldn't reach a customer supporter to talk for sms blockage ??
