Rip Off don't waste ur money! You pay for a subscription but then have to use credits to actually translate anything & if it's a few pages they charge you for more credits!! So they're charging you for a useless subscription that does almost nothing. Double dipping done sneaky!

Hey Roger, thanks for stopping by. It's actually important we shine some light on the matter: The subs power the servers that run the digital services we offer (we're being charged for them too you know). The credits power the various consumption volumes, 2 vs 202 pages. This is the only way we can sustain such a thing. Tried free..failed miserably

DO NOT DOWNLOAD. They will charge $10.69 a week for a useless application that can easily be substituted with something free. They will also request you purchase credits from them to use what you're paying a subscription for. AVOID!

Hi Jade, thanks for leaving a review. The credits system is used to power large orders that would not be covered by the casual subscription. The subscription itself is awarding credits with a discount and will auto recharge on each renewal. We're offering a set of services which unfortunately can't be free as they require staff to operate.

Doesn't work well, I want my purchase back...but no refunds. Only will translate large print scan. Can only scan about 1/3 page of 8 x10 sheet on scanner otherwise the print is too small and wont translate... even then the translation has mistakes. NOT WORTH THE MONEY, BUY ELSEWHERE !
