Ratings and reviews

The Costa Coffee at Aster Al Raffah, Al Ghubra is the worst. Extremely sorry to say, some of the employees have no idea how things are done. They have no clue about the app, the points to be used, etc. However, some of the Filipino staff are well-trained.

UK residents take note!!! This isn't the app for UK Costa, search Costa coffee club that doesn't have ME and you'll find the one we can use. Simply searching again for the app fixed the issue I had. One starring the app just because it didn't have English as a option and complaining without looking again is not going to help anyone actually from the country this app was developed for.

App totally crashes. Had to delete it when i went for long vacation. Now that i'm trying to use it again, i can't even use it. Only says i already have an account registered via my email. Dead end. No option for opening the app using my phone number or email.
