Couldn't create an account on my phone. The scan option wouldn't work. Entered my details manually, and it returned 'error occurred, return to your desktop'. I was using my phone. So I tried to create an A/C a 2nd time and it failed again. It prompted me to add my email address but didn't provide anywhere in the screen to input it. Not impressed at all. Hope the aligners work better than the rubbish app. Look forward to hearing from customer support.

Shouldn't be hard to make an app with calendar and a timer. This app is terrible. Most of the time it opens showing 'null' everywhere, needing a force kill. The calendar is wrong and now it just logged me out and I can't log back in. Gosh, each version comes with its lot of new bugs.🤦 It happened a couple of times now where I stop the timer, and when I come back into the app for my next meal the timer is stopped but the time has increased like it didn't stop... Terrible

When I got to the gallery tab, I get a loading wheel for about 30 seconds and then eventually I receive a server error message. This is on both wifi and data. The other tabs seem to work just fine.
