Much improved from its early days, but it could be better. It's still hard to make a payment with the app unless you're doing an internal transfer. Even if you have registered a payment account in another bank, you have to really dig to make a payment from that account. A prominent "Pay Now" button would be nice.

Really love this mobile deposit. I use a wheelchair & don't want to have to go to the bank to deposit checks. I also used Zelle for the first time to send money to my neice. Thank You Allegent! Love this App. 🫶🏾💯

This the worse app I have ever used. It required me to do multiple takes of my check and then says your system is having problems try again. Finally, after much trying it did the deposit. This is just another frustration from this credit union. My Penn hills branch installed an atm machine that only dispenses money. It does not take deposits!!! How crazy is that. Please update to come into this century or you will be deemed obsolete!
