I used to be able to Whatsapp the agent directly. The recent change to use the WhatsApp bot is redundant and counterproductive. Why make us go through a bot to enquire about a listing when we could text the agent directly? I simply do not understand the logic behind changing something that was working fine. Please revert it to what it used to be. Let me text the agent directly without the bot.

Which product manager in PG thought it is a good idea to make the user either check (on the app) or uncheck (on the website) every subtype of a HDB X-room flat that I want, or don't want? Go copy 99.co, please. This app is an absolute mess of a user experience.

It is so slow to even launch after the update. What is happening? Such a pain to use. I cleared the data and cache but no improvement.
