Ddproperty is doing nothing to protect customers. And as an excuse they say, we are just the platform and not responsible for the listing. Sorry that is not helpful. Other platforms also doing more to protect customers (eBay, amazon, PayPal). If have an issue with agent you will be left alone, at least give us an option to report agents with misbehavior and block them if they have to many reports! Also tell the agents to delete listings immediately if they not available anymore.

I've contacted around 15-20 agents having seen rooms available in the app. Each time the agent says 'oh that room has just been rented'. So it's very clear that agents don't remove rooms once rented and are using them to just get your contact details and spam you with rooms you dont want. And DDProperty is letting them.

Locations are totally wrong! When you press any listing, location on the map and location written are different. When i make a search in Ko Samui, map on the listing shows Surat Thani and explanation says it's in Ko Pha-ngan.
